Warranty Info
Every Jepson tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our factory and
is warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for the period of one
year from the original date of purchase. If during this time period, any problems should
develop, Jepson will repair or replace - at our option - any tool, which under normal
conditions of use or service has proven defective in materials or workmanship, at no charge
to the purchase. For repair or replacement, return the complete tool along with proof of
purchase, freight prepaid to Jepson or an authorized service center.
This warranty becomes invalid when:
Repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorized source
Repairs are a result of normal wear
Tool has been misused or improperly maintained
Unauthorized alterations or modifications have been made to the tool
No warranty, oral or written, other than the above warranty is authorized for Jepson products.
Any implied warranties of Jepson regarding this Jepson product, including but not limited to,
the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in
duration to the above one year period. Jepson shall not be liable for the loss of the use of
Jepson products or other incidental or consequential expenses or damages incurred by the user
or purchaser.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.
Legal Rights
This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
